Description
This lovely leopard print collar is made of high-quality neoprene (wetsuit material) to ensure the wearer’s comfort. The collar is well-constructed to ensure that even if your play turns a bit rough, it is durable and will stand up to forceful treatment. The adjustable collar comes with a leash, as all good collars should.
The band on the collar is 17.25 inches long. But keep in mind that the measurements are not indications of measurable size. Add another 1.5 inches for the padding and such when measuring to see if the restraints will fit.
